Healthy eating and cooking course. Healthy eating is the first step to our success. If you listen to or read interviews of the most successful people in the world, you’ll discover that many follow a healthy diet and lifestyle. Even rockstars like Mick Jagger have changed their lifestyle a long time ago, and probably this is one of the reasons why they're still on tour! Many years ago, I attended a modern macrobiotic course in London, run by Simon G. Brown. I can assure you that it changed my mindset and opened a new wonderful world. I tried many new healthy foods and combinations, and I learned how to cook and have fun. The course is available in person and online.

 

A posture online course. Our posture tells a lot about our confidence. A good posture is essential if we want to make a good impression. Some lucky people are born with a great posture and self-confident attitude, but the good news is that everybody can learn. Here’s an interesting course that I’m going to try!

A foreign language through singing course. The most amazing foreign language learning method! I discovered this course that can truly improve your foreign language learning process. This course unifies two of my passions: foreign languages and singing. It’s available online. It is run by Desta Haile a British-Eritrean teacher, vocalist, intercultural trainer & writer with over twenty years of international experience in music and education.
